Driving to Germany 2022

I'm getting on a ferry at Dover and drive off at Dunkirk and driving straight through the Belgium border, through Belgium and crossing into Germany at the Steinebrucke border control. A non stop drive until I reach my hotel in the Mosel Valley.
I'm getting confused about what I need to do with regards to COVID proofs and form filling from Dover, Belgium and Germany. I've had all three vaccinations.
Any advice would be welcome.

Dunkirk is in France, so you also need to comply with their covid requirements in the first instance.

When is your trip?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm going in June this year. So as far as I can make out, I do a private type test in the hotel in Dover the night before sailing, fill in the French "on my honour" form and present to Dover border control with vaccine proof before boarding. Am I right ?

I have a couple more questions :-
What does "done in" mean at the bottom of the form
As I'm driving through non stop to Germany, does that mean I only need to provide vaccinations proof at the German border ?
