Hello, Any tips on route, must see places? Will sleep overnight one night along the route each way. Considering a farm stay along the way at Steigmatt Baurnhaus to see the animals. Thanks!

For those who don't know that farmhouse Steigmatt Baurnhaus is just South of lake Constance Bodensee on the Austrian border.
Do you not intend to go into the mountains at all? Will you base in Interlaken for the rest of the time? How long have you got for this excursion?

We will have 5 nights in Interlaken to see the BO and area. Have you heard anything about the Steigmatt farm? I’m just thinking about where to stop on the route. Maybe see the cheese being made in Apenzell. I have not chosen the hotel for our return, so our route is flexible. Any general ideas or towns to drive through?
