Just wondering what the most scenic/best route is from Rotenburg to Bacharach? Google Maps gave me 3 options.

I assume you mean Rothenburg ob der Tauber. A scenic route could be Rothenburg - Wertheim - Miltenberg - Michelstadt - Bensheim - Bingen ( cutting across rather than following the Rhine thru Manz) - Bacharach.
