While visiting my twin town of Dresden, I am looking for a café where people with connections to the twin town might hang out. Any recommendations , please?
I would be kind of surprised if such a thing exists, the twin town thing is more about marketing the the towns to each other than anything else. That said, Dresden is lovely and the people there are quite friendly and happy to show off their city.
