My great grandfather Came to America from Nurtingen.Ancestry.com has three generations living there previous to his departure.East of Baden Baden. South of Stutgart. Has Anyone been in, through or heard of Nurtingen?3weeks in Germany, One on the Rhine /Mosel Biking, One in between, and one Nurtingen. Or visa versa. Round trip from Frankfurt june / july2022.Any info greatly appreciated.

Nürtingen has a pretty old town and is beautifully situated on the Neckar River. Still, I find the historical towns of Esslingen and Tübingen, which are not far away, more attractive.
Re: biking. The Neckar cycling trail is less known than the cycle paths on the Mosel, but also quite attractive
