'Deutschland Ticket' question

Hello Everyone :

I purchased DT ticket for myself, my wife, and daughter, using hvv switch app, on each of our phones.
I paid using my paypal account -- this worked fine. The ticket appears fine on each phone - on iphone wallet .. only issue is
it shows my name on each ticket (since it was paid via my paypal account). Even though the hvv switch app is in their own names.

Will this be an issue ?

Did they sign up for their own accounts on the app? Were they logged into their individual accounts when you purchased? I've only used MVV app so not any experience with hvv so not sure how their system works.

I doubt it will have much of a difference on local transport, but it might on regional trains. I'm really not sure.

Have you tried to change the names in the app menu / personal data? If that didn't work write to the HVV Switch people; they usualley will respond within 2-3 days. Inidicate the ID's of the respective deutschlandtickets.

They were logged into hvv switch app using their own names. Only for payment, my paypal account was used (as they don't have their own accounts). The hvv switch app shows the account in their name on the phone -- only the DT ticket shows up in their name.

Checking carefully - below the QR code - numbers are "different" for each of us !!!

This shouldn't be an issue. I did the same for 3 family members this summer. The tickets on their phones were all different and that's what counted the times we were checked.
