Does anyone know if DB IC Bus checks passenger passports against ticketed names before boarding the bus?
We had to replace a member of our travel group and was wondering if its necessary to switch up the name on the ticket.
Customer service question: suggest to contact point of sale or DB for a valid answer.
Do you have a real group ticket (more than five travellers on one ticket) or a bunch of individual ones?
Due to fraud protection, you cannot simply transfer a "named" individual ticket to another traveller, but you can exchange it before the day of travel: flex tickets free of charge, saver fare tickets for a fee. If you have booked your ticket online you can change it online as well.
