Since the updated DB App, neither of us can log in on the computer or phone App (Apple). I called DB, they tried to change, reset the password, they could see my account was good, but I still couldn't Log In. Then they sent the case to I.T. I.T. emailed me back, from a no reply address and said my account was reset, but it didn't work.
The problem is, I cannot even get to the password page to put in a password because the (I am human) security page of clicking on the pictures, (like which picture has an animal of the 9 pictures shown), immediately takes me to- "do to security precautions, you can not log-in. I tried Safari, Google Chrome, and deleting saved passwords,. I couldn't even make a new account with a different email address because I cannot get past these security pictures to even set up a new account. Any ideas? Anyone else have this problem?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? You might also need to clear the cache on your phone/pc.
