Visiting Dachau this summer and will need to rest/take seated breaks during the tour. Is this possible?

Yes, but the opportunities are limited and the buildings far apart. I found seating was available in the the main buildings near the camp entrance to the right. Less seating in the barracks to the left. Then, if you choose, there is a fairly long walk to the other end of the camp where there are memorials and the crematorium. Seating was available outside the crematorium and I did not go into the memorials so I am not sure about those.
You mentioned "during the tour." Will you be on an organized tour of some sort or touring at your own pace. I think touring at your own pace will give you the opportunity for the breaks that you need a bit more than being on a formal tour.
