Dachau closing time

You need between 2 and 4 hours here and you could spend most of the day there. I would aim to be there at lunchtime at the latest.

Thanks. Do you know if when it says it closes at 500 that means everyone needs to leave by then?

We we visited in October 2012, we spent a couple hours there and that was sufficient. When we left at closing, very few others were still there. Because of the time of year, there weren’t many others there to begin with. I didn’t see any staff herding people out.
