Hi Fellow Travelers, Has anyone done this trip? Is it possible to do in a day? I read about it someplace, but now I can’t find where? Thank you!

I have been an avid cyclist for about 15 years, but never entertained cycling when we go to Europe.
Not sure of the exact trail. I have done cycling events like the North Carolina Fall ride that was 495 miles and the Bike Ride Across Georgia at about 450 miles in a week. I have done a century (100 mile ride in one day).
It would not be hard to do a ride that includes a portion of all three of these countries, since they all border each other.
What is the trail and length?
