Hi,
What are the current requirements for Lufthansa US to Germany travel? Do they still check for vaccinations? Are masks required onboard?

They do not in Europe. Two flights, no vaccination certs, no masks in February.

No masks or vaccination checks currently required. Note that any requirements are set by the German government. Lufthansa and other airlines are required to enforce the rules; if a passenger is denied entry into Germany the airline would be subject to fines and have to transport the passenger back to the US.
