Hello everyone,
I live in Berlin and have recently found a new museum in one of the newspapers.
It is called The Wall Museum East Side Gallery and located just there - The East Side Gallery. Both places are very impressive and nice to visit and take a look at.
The museum is quite technological, but very interesting and nice. Here you get a feeling for what happened during the cold war, who was involved and why and why decisions were made the way they were. Absolutely interesting interviews, stories and background information. It is made with a lot of love and commitment and also remembers all the victims of the Berlin Wall in a very unique way. For me, the best museum in the city regarding this part of the history.
I absolutely recommend the visit here and you can just connect it with the Wall fragments on the East Side Gallery and with going out in the evening, as nearby there are a lot of restaurants and bars to go to.
If you want to find out a little more, you can look on the website: http://www.thewallmuseum.com/indexnew.html?gclid=Cj0KEQjwosK4BRCYhsngx4_SybcBEiQAowaCJQwtH1mPj88atfxOwZOTrJShKKrkTJVKO5-EDazI9nkaAhdb8P8HAQ
