Covid restrictions

What are the Covid requirements for travel to Germany? Must you show proof of vaccination or a negative test? Do you have to quarantine? Are masks required for train or bus travel? In restaurants? Any other restrictions?

Masks (either surgical or FFP2 or in some areas only FFP2) are still required on public transit and in a small number of indoor contexts (but ones where tourists wouldn’t find themselves like doctors practices.)
