I am looking at flights from Lyon to Munich on skyscanner. I keep seeing eDreams as one of the booking companies. Has anyone used them and what kind of experiences have you had?

While I haven't used them (we only book directly with the airlines), the reports on Trip Advisor are not good at all. There are many postings of issues WRT bookings, final costs, etc.
Their business model,appears to be: show a very low cost for the airfare to bring someone in. Have them make a booking and then come back later to say the cost has gone up (the cheap fares never existed) and per the Ts and Cs, you have no recourse.
