According to RS, it is possible to get a combo ticket for these two palaces. However, I have had trouble doing it online.
I have the BWCard as well. I can get a comboof Sanssouci palace and other royal building but not New Palace.
Any thoughts or help will be greatly appreciated.

I would go to the tourist office in Potsdam Hbf, top floor across from the book and magazine shop.
Brochures are available (where I get my updated info) and you can arrange for this combo ticket, Neues Palais and San Souci
