Miltenberg isn't very big. If you're driving, just park by the river, check out the old bridge, and spend a little time walking around the Altstadt. There's several restaurants to choose from.
If you want to check out some of the ruins of the Roman Limes in the hills above the town, get a good map at a local bookstore and prepare for a rather vigorous hike of several hours.
