It should be pretty similar. I mostly visit the thermen/ sauna's in the Netherlands though.
Keep in mind the nude policies.

I don't know too many Dutch ones. There is a place in a building near Leiden I have never tried, I do like the Thermae 2000 between Maastricht and Aachen quite a lot, although it has been some years.
