Hi! I'm planning on being in Berlin sometime in October. Do you know of any website to check out classical concerts there, preferable Beethoven? Would love to hear some music in his native land. Thank you!
Start with the Berlin Philharmonic.
Beethoven Piano Concerto No 1, October 24, 25, 26 with Daniel Barenboim conducting.
But not-to-miss would be the Mendelsohn Violin Concerto October 10, 11, 12. Augustin Hadelich on the fiddle, consensus no 1 current violin soloist. Saw him 3 weeks ago and he actually sold out the Bradley Symphony Center in Milwaukee doing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto, plus 3 encores, including "Orange Blossom Special".

You can search in the Berlin event calendar:

A more specific search for classical music is provided in German languange only:

If you are not able to find a classical concert that you would enjoy, consider searching for a performance by the Hoff. He tours Europe and delivers delightful shows to adoring fans.
Thanks to all of you. Looks like I may have to look closer to our departure in October. Vielen Dank!
I’ll be in Berlin in October and was able to book a ticket to the Berlin Philharmonic. I would have loved to hear Beethoven, but unfortunately not on any of the programs for the week I’m there. But I might try going to the weekly free lunchtime concert as well.
