Please note that this is the municipal orchestra and not the famous Orchestra of the Bavarian Broadcast Station, BRSO. There is a - rarely contested - ranking among the three major Munich orchestras: BRSO (https://www.br-so.com/concerts/event-calendar/) > Bavarian State Orchestra (i.e., the orchestra of the Bavarian State Opera, https://www.staatsoper.de/en/staatsorchester) > Munich Phiharmonics (https://www.mphil.de/en/concerts-tickets/calendar#j18755)
BTW, don't mix up the BRSO with the Munich Rundfunkorchester, the second and way less important orchestra of the Bavarian Boradcast Station.
