Has anyone heard of or have any thoughts on www.toeurope.eu - they are offering a great deal on a 9 day tour for a reasonable cost and I want to make sure it's legit....

Add up everything on the tour and compare it to it would cost to do it yourself and you will know how good a deal it is. There is a 4 year old thread on Trip Advisor. Google it.
