Our flight was canceled this morning due to the weather, so we extended the trip an extra day. I am having trouble contacting the hotel where I need an extension; however, I am having issues with their website and contacting them through email. Any suggestions?
If your hotel has a WhatsApp number, perhaps try texting them using that.
Have your tried to call them? It’s worth the cost of an international call to get this resolved ASAP.
Also, if your email went through, look in your junk email file to see if their response went there. I had that problem with a Berlin hotel response last years.
For some reason, when I've had problems with emails to Europe, WhatsApp worked. Good luck!
