Greetings, we need to get to Berlin immediately following the conclusion of our My Way Alpine Tour. Can we take a train from Chamonix or do we need to travel by bus to Geneva first? Skip the train and book a flight from Geneva? Any advice appreciated.

Train from Geneva to Berlin Hbf is a 10 1/2 hour train journey with at least 2 changes along the way. From Chamonix, it is 13 hours with several more changes.
I'd rather take a bus/private transfer to Geneva airport and fly.

Flying makes more sense.
Alternative: train Geneva - Zurich and Nightjet train Zurich - Berlin.
Or if day travel search on https://int.bahn.de/en
