We'll arrive Osnabrück Hbf around noon on a Saturday in late September. We need to rent a car and would prefer to use Sixt. However, I can't find that they have a service center (pick-up) at the Hbf. Can anyone shed any light on car rental in Osnabruck at the Hbf.

Sixt have a station just around the corner of the Hbf in Franz-Lenz-Str. 1-3. The good news for you is that a rental from this station is not subject to the 20% service fee they charge at Hbfs and airports. If booked now the rates are really low.
The bad news is on Saturdays this station closes at 12:00 noon. Drop-off is possible 24/7 but pick-up would have to be done by 12:00.
