From what I remember the Frankfurt Airport (FRA) has a Frankfurt Flughafen Bahnhof below the airport. Can I catch a non-stop ICE train from there to Munich main train station?

I don't think there are any nonstops. But there are direct trains that don't require a transfer, if that's what you mean.

If you look at the DB website, https://int.bahn.de/en, you will get your answer. Toggle the "direct service" button to see direct trains only. You will see trains at least every hour, and more frequent in the morning.
