Can we book a tour with a private guide. We would like to visit Munich, Berlin, Cologne & Hamburg. We have some specific things we would like to see & do.

If you are comfortable managing hotels and trains on your own, you could book day tours in each city with private guides to see what you would like to see. That would likely be less expensive.
