I would like to make a reservation for the BMW tour. I emailed BMW asking for tickets and they replied with an automated email statement and they want me to call.
I tried several times and several way to contact them by phone. I live in California and our holiday will be in September 2017.
The number that was on the email is: 0049 (0)89-1250 160 01
This is not working for me.
I am running out of ideas and ways to make the reservations. Any help would be so appreciated.

Too many numbers? Dial 011 49 89-1250 160 01. 011 is the US code for international calls. The 00 before the 49 Germany country code is unnecessary as is the 0 in parens before the 89.

The number given to you above is correct.
00 is international code, 49 is the country code # for Germany, 89 is the city code for Munich, the rest of the numbers you would just dial if you were calling in Munich to BMW.
If you were somewhere else in Germany outside of the city of Munich, say Hamburg, Ulm or Berlin, then you call 089/1250/160/01 to reach BMW. Inside Germany you always hit the "0" before the city code., such as "30" for Berlin, or "69" for Frankfurt am Main, "89" for Munich, etc.

This morning I made my reservation for Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017.
I know it is a bit early, however, we didn't want to arrive in Munich and not be able to visit the museum. Thank you very much for your help. I can ALWAYS get answers and help here.
