Considering a trip to the Black Forest area in December. Any recommendations for what to do? Are there wineries open?

My wife and I took a tour with Simone Brixel of Black Forest Tours this summer. She has been featured prominently by RS in his guides and on the website. If there is something great to do in December she would know.
