We have gone to the Birds of Prey show in Werfen Austria and loved it both times. My question is, are there any Birds of Prey shows in Germany that compare with Hohenwerfen? We also loved the Ice cave in Werfen.

There are many. E.g., the Bavarian Administration of Castles has one at the Rosenburg in the Regensburg area. Regrettably, there seem not to exist a central inventory, let alone information in English. So, you would have to google for "Greifvogelvorführung" plus the state you will be visiting, e.g., "Greifvogelvorführung Bayern", "Greifvogelvorführung Baden-Württemberg" etc.

Wildpark Poing near Munich has one that I've visited with my family. I haven't been to Hohenwerfen so I can't compare but it was still a nice day out of the city especially if you have children.

Not an exhaustive list, just a few I'm aware of...
Wild- und Erlebnispark Daun - near Cochem on the Mosel River. Axel Schröder, previously at Reichsburg Castle in Cochem (which no longer has shows) is the "Falkner." He put on a very good show when I saw him there a few years ago.
Wild- und Freizeitpark - Klotten, also near Cochem on the Mosel River
Burg Guttenberg - Neckar River Valley near Bad Wimpfen
Falkenhof Schloß Rosenburg - not far from Regensburg in the lovely Altmühl Valley

As a part of a special weekend, we saw one at Burg Hohenzollern south of Tuebingen
