Best transportation app for Munich?

MVV and, for the greater area, DB navigator.

For me this one is a little easier to use for point to point searches within Munich and I like the interface better.

I also noticed DB was advertising yet another Munich transport app this past week or so on the trains: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/m%C3%BCnchen-navigator/id453714981?mt=8

This one is really new and doesn't have any ratings yet but looks adequate from what I've could see.

One more you might want to have around Munich is the Meridian BOB BRB App:

If you plan on using the BOB, Merdian or BRB this app sells tickets not available through the DB of MVV/MVG apps.

Hopefully that is not too confusing as the transport options around Munich are a complicated Venn diagram of options.
