See www.bahn.de
You will see that there are direct trains, but no non-stop ones.
7:01am from Berlin according to DBahn. Edit: Agree, misread OP post. No non-stop, but there are no-transfer trains.

Thanks to all.
German Rail runs EuroCity trains between Berlin and Prague every 2 hours during the main part of the day. The no-change trip takes a little over 4½ hours, and the train makes 7 interim stops, two in Dresden and 3 in the Czech Republic . Most go trains go into Prague hl.n. (Hbf). The one at 9:01 goes to Prague-Holesovice.
