The route Poznan-Berlin takes almost 3hrs, a few mins under. It's on a special EC train which requires reservations. The last time I took that route was almost a decade ago in 2005. I am sure the main train station in Poznan now is even better than it was then. Interesting countryside from the Warta to the Oder.
