Berlin: Mondrian Siute Hotel or Adina Apt Hotels

Hi
Am thinking of these 2 apartment style hotels for Berlin early October. Think Dad and I could use a little extra space by then. Anyone stay in either of these? What did you think and how close to transport did you find it? Thanks
Diane

I stayed at the Adina Checkpoint Charlie last year and thought that it was very good, although it isn't very close to Checkpoint Charlie itself. The only issue I had was that I stayed with my parents in one flat, and although the website suggested that there would be a sofa bed available I was given a folding camp bed, which was quite uncomfortable.
