I'll be in Berlin from Jun 02 to 16. Are there any events or tours that I should book in advance and not wait until I get to Berlin? Do soccer games usually sell out fast? Thanks

I'm not sure what soccer games you expect to see in June, as Bundesliga will be over. The Champions League final will be June 6th in Berlin but if you can get tickets to that, you are a rock star. The application process for next year's final is about to start. There may be an international friendly somewhere in Germany, but I doubt it will be during that time or in Berlin as all eyes will be on the Champions final.

If you want to go up the Reichstag dome, book tickets in advance (for summer, I'd say at least 1-2 weeks ahead).
