Hi all, I will be in Frankfurt am Main the end of January 2024 for work and wanted to see if I could squeeze in a baking class. I'm not much of a cook but I do like to bake and Germany has incredible bread. Does anyone know of any place to do this? I found the top 3 that were posted on another thread, but there's nothing available for those dates. It doesn't look like there are really any other options from what I could find on google.
If there's no cooking school, does anyone know of what would be an iconic bakery to visit and possibly solicit some advice from? I don't care so much what the topic is, as long as it's baking. Any tips would be appreciated!
