Baden Baden Caracalla spa question

I went last year. You don't need to bring anything but a change of clothes. They will provide you with a locker to lock your belongings and clothes. I would bring a change of clothes with me. You don't want to put on the old clothes after being in a bath the whole afternoon. No camera, no photos allowed. They will provide towels and there is no place to wear a robe until the very last room and they provide that. You are in pools of water, showers and a sauna the whole time. You are walking around naked. You are in and out of water. There are several rooms you go to and each is different. I went on the single sex day, which is a Monday, so there were only women in the rooms and then the big and last room is coed but you do not have to go into that room if you don't want to. They provide a room for the last room to rest and have some tea and a robe. They take very good care of you and it is very relaxing and different. I had the creme massage which was extra and I would do this once a month if I could. I enjoyed it very much.

I loved Baden Baden and wanted to go to the Bath spa but would have liked to walk around the town too. It was very elegant and pretty and I did see a little of it. We were on the GAS tour and was there for one night. Lots of lovely shops.
