Arboretums similar to Baden Baden's Lichtentaler Allee

I've been looking at some beautiful photos of the Lichtentaler Allee and perhaps on a future trip will visit it. Wondering if anyone can think of other arboretums, parks, gardens, etc that have a similar feel to it in Germany.

I’m always on the lookout for pleasant, long walks ( my missus has had enough of hills). Lichtentaler Allee is pretty and about the best part of Baden-Baden. If you get a chance, towards Lichtental there’s a nice residential area up a slight hill on the right. Lichtental itself had a small open air market the day we visited (Friday or Saturday?). There is also some pleasant, fairly easy walking northeast and northwest of the central area of Baden-Baden.

Nothing exactly the same I’ve come across anywhere else, though some places have well looked after ‘kurparks’. Bad Durrheim and Bad Worishofen come to mind, and the public garden in Cobourg is nice. In Munich, Nymphenburg and The English Garden are free and have some nice spots. Bad Waldsee has an easy walk around its lake.

As Markk mentions, some of the palaces have attractive grounds. Off the top of my head, Weikersheim, Linderhof, Schwetzingen (has a lovely, small ruin which would not look out of place in Tuscany). We spent the better part of a day on Herrenchiemsee: quite a few people but we had the trails almost to ourselves. https://www.schloesser-und-gaerten.de

I’ll throw a different one out there, the Murnau Moors are and well worth getting lost in. And sometimes you may stumble upon something accidentally: a nice, gentle walk along alongside the creek from Bad Krozingen to Staufen.

There are two beautiful parks south and north of Stuttgart. One is the 'Exotischer Garten' at Hohenheim Palace. Hohenheim is an agricultural university. It is situated between downtown Stuttgart and Stuttgart Airport. The other one is the northern extension of the 'Blühendes Barock' around Ludwigsburg Palace. It's called 'Favoritepark', because there is a little palace in it called 'Schloss Favorite', and it's very different from the baroque gardens around Ludwigsburg Palace. You can see tame and freely roaming deer in this park.
