We reserved an appartement for july on homeaway. 4 days ago the owner write me that rules change and to not worry if I saw that her add is not in the homeaway website anymore. She also told me that nothing is change for july. Should we find a plan b right Now ?

It is about just what you are talking about.
Yours was homeaway, others speak of AirBnB, both are probably affected by the crack down on marginally legal rentals.
If your owner was gracious enough to tip you off I would expect that she is trustworthy to you.
I'd believe her, but I'd have a plan B.
