Will be in Munich mid-December. Can anybody suggest vintage/antique stores or any areas where these are concentrated? Bonus points for places with vintage Christmas ornaments and other vintage holiday decor. (Already going to some of the Christmas markets but understand vintage is not really found there.) Not talking fancy, high-end antiques.

A friend of mine occasionally buys from Antiquitäten Neupert in Schwabing. He also likes Antik Reichmeier in Haidhausen, Tandlergasse 5; there are a few similar shops in the neighbourhood (I have no personal experience of these shops).
There are a number of antique and thrift shops in the University district north of the Altstadt. But you probably can find what you're looking for in one of the Oxfam shops also. The thing is they are already putting up this years decorations, so the best time to buy may have passed. There have been a lot of Christmas items in the last few flohmarkt I've hit.

the problem with flea markets in DEC is that the places they are normally held will usually be filled with the Christmas markets. still, here's a link you can check out.
