Sorry if this has been asked before, I need the D-ticket for July (going the last two weeks of July).
I planned on buying it after July 1 and cancelling by the 10th.
But this site

says "You must purchase by the 10th of the prior month * (read below for possible exceptions)"
so am I too late (it is June 21) to buy to use in July? or am I reading this wrong?
I was planning on using the Fahrplaner app - it looks like I can set the "valid from" date to either June 1 or July 1 now
