If you'd like something unique and part of Amsterdam's history, you could try https://sweetshotel.amsterdam It's not a B&B or a traditional hotel, but, rather, tiny houses that the canal bridge keepers once lived in.

this is the second posting about Amsterdam lodging you have posted in Germany (of your 2 posts - welcome to the Forums).
You will have more luck if you post in the forum which matches your request. Amsterdam is in the Netherlands, not Germany.
