Hello, Has anyone done the 'Magical Christmas Markets' river cruise through AMA River Cruises? I'm concerned that I'll be on the ship too much. Any imput would be great. thank You

Hi susan- I went on their Danube Christmas market cruise in dec 2015. Only time we were on the boat was generally around 5 pm they the next morning except a couple of days when we had to cruise longer during the day to reach our next port. Lots of shopping and city tours during the day. You are free to go out and explore or stay on the boat. If was a fantastic trip!

The current water levels in German rivers is very low actually. For Danube:

I suggest to ask the tour provider whether all destinations can be reached at current levels and what happens if not when you do the journey.
