Hallo everyone. I just need to find out the best way to get from the airport (flying Lufthansa not sure which terminal yet though), arriving April 22nd, early morning. I know its the S Ban that I'll need but if someone could give me the easiest way to get from the airport to our hotel, Motel One Romer, I'd really appreciate it. Will be spending two nights there then traveling to Heidelberg to start a tour of Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Danke.

We did this a couple of years ago. S8 or S9 to Hauptwache and walk 7 minutes. You can also take the S-Bahn and hook up with a bus that gets you within a 2 minute walk. Just use Google Maps entering arrival and departure points and you'll get all the options depending on time of day you arrive.

From the Frankfurt airport? Google maps shows a 17 min ride on the S8 or 9 to the Hauptwache station, then it's 0.4 km to the Motel One. Google Maps will give you walking directions.

Lufthansa always uses Terminal 1.
Go to the regional train station which is under Terminal 1 (just follow the signs), get a ticket from the turquoise/green RMV ticket machines, which switch into English. Just hit the button that says Frankfurt, one way. Cost is 5€. Go to platform 1, get on the S-8 or S-9 train and ride 6 stops to the Hauptwache. Motel One is an easy 10 min. walk from there.
