OK, we’re flying to Berlin and out of. Vienna for an August RS tour. Any ideas about finding good fares at this late date?

Google flights is my goto. But I'd also not be too fixated on those exact cities - Berlin is a small airport -you will probably get better prices to Frankfurt or Munich and then jump on a train. Instead of Vienna - also look at Budapest or Munich

Kayak or Skyscanner, but then book directly with Lufthansa, etc.

And yes, Budapest is always a better departure airport than Vienna (why? cause I like Budapest).
And I vote for Google Flights
And play around with the dates. Above if you start a day earlier and spend a two extra at the end (in Budapest for example) you can safe a few hundred dollars..... (maybe)
