I'm seeking recommendations for accommodations for me & my family (including 9 yo child) in Berlin in June within walking distance (1 mile or under) of JW Marriott. We'd ideally like a more European-style experience but it appears that there are limited options in the area. Any thoughts on the Grand Hyatt (convenient with a pool)? Grimm's Potsdamer Platz possible with a more authentic European experience? Stay at the JW (which I read is undergoing remodeling)? Any other recommendations?
