Hello! I just learned that 6 December is a special day Saint Nicholas Day (Nikolaus) in Germany! I will be in Frankfurt on 6 December and I would like to check if there's any special festivals/parades/traditions on that day.

No special parades, though the Christmas market will be in full swing. Some of the neighborhoods that only have a small market on one day, may choose 6 Dec. to do so.
It is more of a personal, family type holiday, with kids putting their boots or shoes outside the door the night before, to be filled with sweets, or St. Nicholas may make a visit.
