Should this be easily doable? We'd be arriving from Bologna around 10am on a Sunday, flying to Montreal.
I've googled, but would like any recent experience to help me decide please.

I usually only allow 1.5 hours, and fly through FRA a few times each year. You will have to go through immigration to exit Schengen in FRA, so I would wait to shop / whatever until after immigration, but it should be more than enough time. Having said that, you could also arrive at a remote gate, which adds some time to the process, and will have a walk between terminals but unless your flight is very late, it should be OK. Loved your user name!
Two hours is a luxurious amount of time! I've had to run a couple times with less, but as long as the first flight is not terribly delayed, it will be fine. But I agree, don't tarry. I've always had time to grab a pretzel roll sandwich so I don't have to eat the awful plane food.
Perfect! Thank you both!

Inbound and outbound flights both on the same ticket? Or two different tickets? Makes a huge difference.
All on one ticket? Most likely, you'll have more than enough time to connect comfortably (but, remember last summer?).
Two separate tickets? I'd be sweating it...lots of "what ifs" causing a delay and it could get very expensive. On two separate tickets, I'd prefer a longer connection.
In your favor: I presume this is on your return flights homeward. If you mis-connect and end up at your destination a day late, what's the harm (maybe you miss a day of work...)? If it's the outbound flights to begin your trip...would your planned itinerary collapse if you arrive a day late? Miss a departing cruise ship? More skin in the game for the outbound flights (though your boss might disagree).
You don't mention what time of year. Traveling during peak summer/holiday times could increase the odds of something going sideways.
Bottom line: All one ticket, on the way home...you're probably fine. If not, I'd be thinking "hmmm..."
Yes. Doable. I've done it in less many times; this year even. Comfortable and easy? Not akways. Depends a lot on your flight. They bus a lot of passengers from and to the flights parked on the tarmac. That can make it a squeeze. And your arrival and departure terminals are at opposite ends of the airport ... I guarantee that. Then there us timing with passport control.
Yes, I would take your flight. But no I would not expect a cakewalk.
