I am going on a cruise in mid-November and would appreciate any advice on what to pack. The cruise is for 10 days, starting in Amsterdam, and I will be spending 2 days in Lucerne. I am a small woman and get chilled easily.

You will need a good coat. If the wind comes up it could be cold on deck. Make sure it is waterproof.
Luzern in November will be approx 5°-10°C by day, with a risk of snow. If you venture up a mountain you need warmer clothing.
We got snow in November last year, then very little for the rest of the winter.
