We are concluding an incredible Christmas Markets trip. We have been to markets in Zurich, Basel, and Bern, ( Switzerland) , Colmar and Strasbourg ( France), Stuttgart ( omg Esslingen!!!) Germany, and are now in Rothenburg .
We need to get to Frankfurt by tomorrow night, as we fly out the next morning.
Question:
On the way to Frankfurt, do we stop off at Wurzburg?
OR
Do we leave early, drop off the luggage at the Frankfurt airport hotel, then proceed to one of the smaller markets within a 30 minutes train ride of Frankfurt?
We are getting a bit weary, so a market VERY close to whatever train station would be optimal.

There are several markets within Frankfurt itself which you can visit using local transit. (Thanks to Ms. Jo for the instructions!)
