We cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Drei Raben in Nuremberg, fun in its design, fabulous breakfast, sparkling clean, helpful staff, complimentary wine tasting, great location and restaurant recommendations. But the best of all was this: I had inadvertently double booked our rooms. One with Expedia and one with Booking.com. Markus Wiess, the reception manager worked with us and contacted his manager and did whatever had to be done and fixed it for us, saving me the cost of extra rooms for 2couples. It is our place to stay in Nuremberg. Markus Wiess is the best!
